RELAXATION

THE POWER OF STONES: Warm flat, round stones - you can use some you’ve collected yourself- for 30 minutes in the oven and then place them on a blanket on the floor. Now lie down carefully on the stones and position them either side of your spine. Close your eyes and relax for 15 minutes.

 

FRESHNESS BOOST

A long day at work in front of the screen or a stressful day can make you screw up your eyes. This leads to the formation of wrinkles around the eyes. A trick for relaxed eyes: Put the stones in the fridge overnight and in the morning place them around your eyes. Little shadows will disappear and your eyes will look fresh and rested.
