Beauty cheats for tired eyes

Though it sounds banal, drinking lots of fluids is a wonder weapon. Water or unsweetened fruit juices are best. In really bad cases a cooling eye mask or ice cold spoon can help. Massaging the tear sacks can also work well. Lightly pat the eye area from the inside outwards.  
When you’re working with a screen, give your eyes lots of breaks.
Low air humidity dries your eyes and makes them tired.  So make sure the air in your room is not too dry.
Yawn several times every day on purpose. It exercises the eye muscles and stimulates tear production.
Before going to sleep, put slices of cucumber on your eyes and relax for 15 minutes.  

Tip: Place chilled black teabags on your eyes for 10 minutes to reduce swelling.  But don’t use camomile tea bags as they dry your eyes.
