Balm: After shampooing, apply the balm to the ends and leave on for 2 minutes.

Hair Mask: Apply a generous amount of the mask to your clean, damp hair. Thoroughly massage the mask from the roots of your hair to the tips. Leave the mask on for 3-5 minutes and then rinse your hair thoroughly.
