Use of Google Analytics for web analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there. In case of IP anonymisation activation on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or the other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and shortened there. IP-anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this site, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other website and Internet related services to the website operator. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; but we point out that you may not be able to use all features of this website to their full extent in that case.

Using of social plugins from Facebook, Google+, and Twitter by using the 2-click solution

Social plugins from the social networks Facebook and Google+, and the micro-blogging service Twitter are used on this website. These services are offered by Facebook Inc., Google Inc. and Twitter Inc. (providers).

  • Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). An overview of Facebook plug-ins and their appearance can be found here.
  • Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). An overview of Google plug-ins and their appearance can be found here.
  • Twitter is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103. An overview of the Twitter buttons and their appearance can be found here.

If you do not want Google, Facebook or Twitter to assign the data collected from our website directly to your profile in the respective service, you have to log out of the applicable service before activating the plugin.

In order to increase your privacy when you visit our site, the plug-ins are integrated into the site using the 2-click solution. This integration ensures that when you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, there will be no automatic connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, and/or Twitter. Only when you activate the plugin and thus give your consent for data transmission, will your browser make a direct connection to the servers of Google, Facebook or Twitter. The contents of the respective plug-in is then transmitted from the associated provider directly to your browser and integrated into the site. By integrating the plugin, the provider gets the information that your browser has accessed the relevant page on our website, even if you do not have a profile with the relevant supplier or are not logged in at that time. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a server of the provider in the U.S. and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the “Like” button, the “+1” button or the “Tweet” button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the provider and stored there. The information will also be published in the social network or to your Twitter account and be displayed to your contacts.

Please refer to the privacy policies of the providers for the purpose and scope of data collection, the further processing, and use of data by the providers, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy.

Right to information and contact options

You have a right to free information about the data we have stored about yourself, and the right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. For questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal information, the disclosure, correction, blocking or deletion of data, and revocation of consent or objection to a particular data use, please contact us directly using the contact details in our site notice

These access data will not be evaluated and automatically overwritten within seven days after the end of your page visit.
