DINNER CANCELLING

Kate Beckinsale’s trainer recommends not eating any carbs after 6pm. The reason: The production of fat-burners and the anti-ageing hormones somatropin and melatonin is boosted in the night if you’ve not eaten late. So after 6pm you should only drink water and herbal teas. If you get a hunger attack, you can have an apple or a glass of milk with honey.
