Where is my order?
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email including your shipment number. In addition, registered customers can view the status of their order at any time in their customer account.

How long does shipping take?
Within Austria: 1-3 working days
Within Germany: 3-5 working days
Within the EU: 3-5 working days
Outside the EU: depending on the country and selected shipping method, at least 10 working days are to be expected here
The above delivery times are estimates and apply from the day of dispatch.
We always endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In the event of a delivery delay on the part of the shipping service provider, you will receive a notification from us to the email address you have provided. You can also check your shipping status at any time via the tracking link in your order confirmation.

We ship to every country worldwide. However, please note the individual shipping conditions & costs. You can find all details about the costs here.

I have not received an order confirmation?
You have two options here. If you are registered as a customer with us, you can view your order status directly in your customer account at any time. If you do not have a customer account, please contact our customer service team here.

Looking for the perfect gift? Then surprise your loved ones with gift vouchers from Look Beautiful. You can choose between € 25, € 50, € 75 or € 100 voucher value. You will receive the voucher from us either by post or email.
How can I cancel my order?
It can happen that you change your mind. Please send us a short email with the reason for canceling your order when you receive your order confirmation. Cancellations are possible until your package is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, we ask for your understanding that we will no longer be able to consider your cancelation.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return items. Use our returns form for the return. You can find it here.
Please note: A 100% refund of our return shipment can only be made if the item arrives in its original condition, undamaged and unused. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount. The return of gift vouchers is excluded.
Do I also have to send back my free item and parcel inserts if I return an item?
You are welcome to keep the package inserts. If you have included a free item in your order and your returned items are therefore below the minimum order value for the free item, the free item must be sent back to us with the return.
