We all realise how important water is for us if we forget to drink enough one day.  You feel sluggish, have a headache and can’t concentrate well. You should drink at least 1.5l of water daily. 
Tip: In the morning, before your breakfast, drink a glass of water with some lemon juice.  The vitamin C boost makes your skin look beautifully firm and fresh.  It also stimulates your metabolism.

 

Go out!

Breathe deeply and experience nature with all your senses. A walk in the forest or park is good for your soul and rejuvenates your skin.  The fresh air revives your skin and the more oxygen it gets the fresher it looks.  Most of the oxygen is absorbed through your lungs, but part of it comes directly through your skin and so penetrates the upper skin layers. Have a wonderful walk!

 

Raw is best!

Fresh fruit and vegetables are not only healthy, but they also make you beautiful. Studies show that vitamins and trace elements absorbed from your food enter your skin and have an antioxidative effect there. 
Researchers developed a procedure whereby they can prove than just a few hours after eating carrots etc there is a rise in the level of free radical catchers in the tissues.
The reason: The metabolism transports them from inside into the skin.
