You will need:

ginger – ½ tablespoon

cinnamon – ½ tablespoon

turmeric – 1/6 teaspoon

cardamom – 1 pinch

water – 500 ml

honey – 1 teaspoon 

Recipe:

Boil 500 ml of water and simmer over low heat. Add ½ tablespoon of ginger and cinnamon to the boiling water. Add 1/6 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 pinch of cardamom and mix the drink.

Boil the mixture for 5-10 minutes. Filter the drink and add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Enjoy your drink!

To improve the taste even more, add some coconut milk.
