Banana pancakes (gluten free)

Today we’ve got for you sweet gluten free pancakes make from banana and walnuts with agave syrup instead of sugar.  The great thing about these pancakes is that they don’t contain a large amount of eggs, milk or butter. This recipe is a real find for lovers of vegan pancakes.

Ingredients:

140g banana
130g gluten free flour
1 tsp agave syrup
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
5g baking powder
2 drops of vanilla extract
100ml vanilla soya milk

Recipe

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Add the milk. Mix well.
  3. Mix the batter while adding the flour by spoonfuls.
  4. Add the agave syrup. Mix well.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, baking powder and walnuts.
  6. Heat a frying pan and pour in a ladle of batter and spread it evenly in the pan. Cook on a medium heat. When the top of the pancake is opaque, turn it and cook for another 20-30 seconds.
