We know it’s a low calorie snack, but it also contains important amino acids, which are the main component in collagen. This keeps the skin elastic and prevents wrinkles.

 

Chia seeds

Chia seeds contain lots of omega 3 fatty acids, which are anti-inflammatory, prevent wrinkles and protect the skin against harmful environmental influences. They support lipid formation in dry skin. It’s best to add 1 to 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to your favourite smoothies or your breakfast muesli.
