‘Clean eating’- what is it?

It means eating only unprocessed, fresh foods.  Artificial additives, sugar and white flour must be avoided.

HOW IT WORKS: You need to eat 5 to 6 small meals made yourself throughout the day. It is important that your fruit and vegetables, fish and meat are high quality and organic. ‘Clean eating’ isn’t a diet, but a sustainable change in the way you eat.

The best health boosters: RHUBARB, AVOCADO, KALE, SPINACH, TOMATOES and TOFU.

NO MORE OF THESE: If you choose ‘clean eating’, you need to avoid mayonnaise, ready made sauces, alcohol, whipped cream, ice cream, animal fats as well as fatty cheeses and sausages.
