Look Beautiful chia pudding

Ingredients:

  • 50g chia seeds
  • 400ml milk
  • a pinch of vanilla (alternatively: cinnamon/cocoa)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 mango (alternatively: 200g raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)

 

How it’s done:

  1. Mix chia seeds with milk. Add vanilla and salt. Salt is good for the taste, but of course optional. 
  2. Fill up two glasses and leave it over night or at least for 30 minutes to soak in the fridge.
  3. For the fruit sauce: Peel mango and separate the pulp from the seed and mix it in the food processor. 
  4. Peel the fruits and cut into pieces. Chop up the nuts.
  5. Top the chia pudding with the fruit sauce and the other toppings. Suggestions for toppings: Pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, goji berries, pistachios, walnuts.
