
Look Beautiful chia pudding

Ingredients:
- 50g chia seeds
- 400ml milk
- a pinch of vanilla (alternatively: cinnamon/cocoa)
- a pinch of salt
- 1 mango (alternatively: 200g raspberries, strawberries or blueberries)
How it’s done:
- Mix chia seeds with milk. Add vanilla and salt. Salt is good for the taste, but of course optional.
- Fill up two glasses and leave it over night or at least for 30 minutes to soak in the fridge.
- For the fruit sauce: Peel mango and separate the pulp from the seed and mix it in the food processor.
- Peel the fruits and cut into pieces. Chop up the nuts.
- Top the chia pudding with the fruit sauce and the other toppings. Suggestions for toppings: Pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, goji berries, pistachios, walnuts.
