Low carb vanilla crescents

Ingredients for 25 biscuits:

  • 200g soft butter
  • 50g vanilla flavour whey protein powder
  • 200g ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp bourbon vanilla (or the inside from 1 vanilla pod)
  • 130g erythritol powder

 

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Sieve the protein powder, almonds, vanilla and 80g erythritol powder onto the softened butter. Knead the dough well for several minutes by hand or with the kneading hook in a mixer. Form about 25 crescents by hand and put them on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at medium heat. Sprinkle with the rest of the erythritol powder (50g), serve and enjoy with a clear conscience!
