Spring Smoothie with energy boost

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach 
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp linseeds/chia seeds 
  • 7 big strawberries 

 

How it’s done:

Peel, cut and freeze the bananas. When you don’t have frozen bananas, you can use ice cubes. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until the smoothie has a smooth consistency.
