The workout of the stars

To be successful, you need a personal trainer who’ll lead you through a special workout to keep you in top form, improve your fitness or restore your former beauty.

We’ll show you what exercises you can do to train like a star:

There’s hard work behind the dream figure.

When we see celebs on TV, we often ask how they can be so fit. Of course a toned body requires lots of hard work. Stars also follow strict diets plans and do intensive workouts. Their personal trainer won’t let them slack and pushes them to achieve their best so they look perfectly fit and beautiful at their next awards ceremony. This is very important, because the life of a celebrity can be over in an instant, for example if an actor has a flop, puts on weight and isn’t offered any more roles.

The stars do various types of exercise to stay fit. Actress Jennifer Aniston does yoga, while Teri Hatcher swears by pilates.

Singer Shakira’s workout

Shakira is famous for her swaying hips. She has to exercise to keep her hip thrusts in top shape. Her trainer Anna Kaiser helps her do ‘single arm slides’. Start in the press-up position. But she balances on her knees instead of her feet. She puts a towel under her hands so she can slide forwards. After two or three push-ups, return to the starting position and change side.

Khloé Kardashian’s workout

Khloé Kardashian is kept trim by her trainer Gunnar Peterson. The reality TV star is famous for her unique curves which she flaunts whenever she can. To prevent fat around her stomach, Khloé Kardashian does various types of abdominal exercises.
For the starting position, lie on your back, with your legs bent and  feet firmly on the floor. Hold a medicine ball between your hands. Now straighten your arms behind you. Now raise the medicine ball, move your upper body towards your keens and turn your arms to the left. Now return to the starting position and repeat the exercise, but turning to the right.

Minka Kelly’s workout

Actress Minka Kelly is kept fit by Jason Walsh. He’s also the trainer for Irina Shayk and Ashley Greene. He advises Minka to do hip thrusts. These give you a beautiful, round bottom. Who doesn’t want that? Hip thrusts should only be done with your own body weight. You need a bench or support for your upper body. Legs pointing down from the knees. Your thigh and shin should be at 45 degrees. Now lower your bottom and return to the starting position. If done correctly, you can use weights to make this exercise harder, such as dumbbells.
