As a sleep aid: Take 2 capsules with a glass of water approx. 60 to 90 minutes before going to bed.
To reduce jet lag: Take 2 capsules before going to bed on the first day of travelling and 2 capsules before going to bed at your destination with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Please store the product in a cool, dry and light-protected place out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for pregnant women. The capsules are suitable for daily intake, the product can be taken both situationally and long-term. In principle, the duration of use is not limited in time. The YLUMI SLEEP CAPSULES are optimally coordinated with the other YLUMI formulations, so the products can be combined.
Nutrient reference values: reference quantity for daily intake according to the German Food Information Regulation Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); Passionflower extract; L-tryptophan; Reishi powder, Melissa extract; Glycine; Tri-magnesium dicitrate; Lavender extract; Valerian root extract; Thiamine mononitrate; Melatonin. All capsule shells are made of vegetable cellulose (100% vegan without gelatin) and are PEG or carrageenan free, which means free of microplastics and other additives.
