When it’s hot your skin needs extra care, but it needs to be light.  UV rays from the sun dry the body and can cause skin cancer.  Too much heat can cause sunburn. What do you need to consider and what tips are there for light but sufficient skin care?

1. The right sun protection
If you like getting a tan when it’s hot, you must use a cream with SPF because UV rays harm skin cells.  The lighter your complexion, the higher the sun protection! To protect you from the sun, you need an SPF of at least 20. If you sweat a lot you need a waterproof product to achieve good protection.
