Apply morning and evening to the affected areas of the body (thighs, hips and buttocks). To support the absorption of the active ingredients, reduce water retention and tighten the skin, Laboratoires LIERAC, together with an expert in body-firming, have developed a 3-step massage technique: STEP 1: Preparatory massage: Before applying the product, clench your hands into fists and stroke from the ankles over the thighs, hips and buttocks, up and down. This step stimulates the skin's ability to absorb the product and stimulates circulation. STEP 2: Contour-firming kneading: First, apply the product and gently massage it in. Then take one area of skin between both hands and knead this area in S-movements. The hands move in opposite directions. Start with the thighs and then move on to the hips and buttocks. This step helps to soften the fibers hardened by cellulite and shape the figure. STEP 3: Beautifying Stroke: For best results, stroke with both hands from bottom to top along your thighs and butt once the product is absorbed. Then, stroke your skin from hips to belly button as if you were putting on a belt. This step, based on morphophysiology, smooths the skin and defines the silhouette.
