Ich habe dieses Produkt für mich und meinen Sohn gekauft, der glutenunverträglich ist und daher einen empfindlichen Magen hat. Wir haben beide festgestellt, dass es sehr gut ist. Es ist einfach zu verwenden und ich mische es jeden Morgen in meinen Joghurt. Nach den ersten Tagen der Anwendung, als wir beide starke Blähungen hatten, haben sich unsere Mägen beruhigt und wir fühlen uns beide besser. Ich bin nicht mehr so hungrig, da mein Körper das Gefühl hat, dass er gute Nährstoffe bekommt. Würde ich empfehlen.
Mix 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) once a day with smoothies, milk or water (especially when travelling). You can also sprinkle it over cold dishes. Do not mix onto or into hot drinks or meals!
