Moisturise the skin. Apply 50 g of scrub to the skin or to the Extreme Exfoliant Glove and gently massage the skin with circular movements until the salt has completely dissolved. Rinse off the exfoliating residue with water. Thoroughly wash out the glove.
Application 1-2 times a week is sufficient.
