The following terms and conditions apply for all orders placed through our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, contract
The purchase contract will be signed with Look Beautiful Products GmbH.
With the placement of products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer on these articles on signing of the contract. You can initially put the products into your cart and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order, by using the correction tools set up for this purpose as part of the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the merchandise in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
A binding contract may also be entered before than as follows:
- If you have selected credit card payment, the contract goes into effect at the time the credit card is charged.
- If you chose the payment method PayPal, the contract goes into effect as soon as you confirm the payment order to PayPal.
- If you choose instant transfer as the payment method, the contract goes into effect at the time of confirmation of the payment order to the SOFORT AG.
The languages to be used for the contract are German and English.
We will save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view or download the terms and conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders can be viewed in our customer login.
3. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are in addition to the specified product prices listed. Details on shipping costs are listed with each product separately. We only deliver by shipping. A collection of the goods by the customer is not possible.
The following payment methods can be used in this online shop:
Your credit card will be charged when the order is completed.
You pay the invoice amount through the online provider PayPal. You generally have to be registered with PayPal, authenticate your ID by logging in and confirm payment to us (except possibly guest access). You will get more instructions during the ordering process.
We also offer instant transfer. We will receive the payment with this method immediately. This accelerates the entire ordering process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. The Sofort AG provides instant transfers automatically and in real time from your online bank account via the secure payment form, which is not accessible to vendors. The payment amount is transferred instantly and directly to the bank account of the seller. If you choose the instant transfer payment method at the end of the ordering process a pre-filled form will open up. It already contains our bank information. Additionally, the transfer amount and purpose are also already entered in the form. You need to choose the country where you have your online bank account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when logging into online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. You will receive confirmation on the transaction immediately thereafter. Generally any Internet user can use instant transfer as a payment method, if you have an unlocked online bank account with PIN / TAN procedure. Please note that a few banks do not yet have instant transfer available. Cash In Advance
The order confirmation contains our bank account information. Once your payment has been received, your order will be sent immediately. A transfer (including online) can take up to 1-3 working days. Goods will be reserved for you until receipt of your payment for a maximum of 7 days.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and the exact conditions can be found as part of the product descriptions for each product and on special info pages on the online shop website.

7. Exchange and return
A 100% refund of the purchase amount will only be made for items that are in their original packaging and unused. In case of traces of use and usage of the articles, also in case of incompatibilities, deductions of 50% of the purchase amount will be made. We reserve the right to refrain from a refund even completely! Samples cannot be returned. Should an order be returned in whole or in part, any free articles received must also be returned in full. Otherwise we will offset the value of the free article against the credit note.
