Das Allerbeste auf dem Markt gegen lästige PMS-Schmerzen. Ich habe alles ausprobiert,nichts hat mir so gut geholfen wie die Beautiful Age Kapseln. Sie sind auch ein toller Booster für die Haut. Man muss sie allerdings jeden Tag einnehmen, sonst nützt es nichts, also stelle ich mir einfach jeden Tag einen Wecker, damit ich die Einnahme nicht vergesse.
Take daily in the morning with a glass of water or shortly after breakfast.
