It is recommended to take Bio-Essence before a meal (7-10ml once a day) or before going to bed. Feel the tingling sensation in your mouth, as absorption begins via the oral mucosa. Drink livQ Bio-Essenz regularly.

Storage and storage instructions:
The opened bottle should be stored in a cool place (< 20 °C) and always tightly closed. Once opened, livQ Organic Essence should be consumed within 4 weeks.
