Use on bare skin:
Apply Bye Bye Under Eye Bags to dry skin after the eye cream has been absorbed for 3-5 minutes. Gently apply a pea-sized amount with your fingertip and pat in gently without rubbing vigorously. For optimum results, maintain a neutral facial expression for 15 minutes.
Use over make-up:
Apply Bye Bye Under Eye Bags after all other products have dried completely. Remove excess oil with a tissue beforehand. Gently pat in a pea-sized amount and do not rub. Apply the product as a final step. Maintain a neutral facial expression for 15 minutes.
Removal:
Thoroughly remove product with an oil-based cleanser before sleeping. Gently massage, rinse or wipe off and pat skin dry.
Important notes:
