1. comb your dry hair thoroughly and divide it into two equal sections.
2. place the curling band on your head and secure it on one side first with a SPRUNCHIE SLIM.
3. take a small section of hair and wrap it around the band away from your face. Repeat this step with other strands of hair until all the hair is wrapped around the band.
