Apply the cream 15 minutes before going out into the sun. Put some in the palms of your hands and spread it evenly over your face and neck using upward strokes. You should reapply the cream about 80 minutes after swimming or sweating. Apply another layer immediately after drying off. As a general rule, you should reapply the sun cream every two hours.
