Massage the pad onto a cleansed face and neck in the evening. Gently smooth over the skin and allow the essence to absorb before applying your favourite Rodial serum and moisturiser. If you are new to retinol, start with 1-2 applications per week until your skin has built up a good tolerance. Always use an SPF sunscreen the day after applying retinol.
