However, if you notice problems with your breath or your tongue is too sticky and doughy, complete your morning oral cleansing routine with this valuable tool.
Open your mouth wide. Stick your tongue out as far as possible. Hold the tongue cleaner with both hands at both ends. Position the curved end on the back of the tongue and scrape the tongue from back to front using light pressure. Repeat the movement 4 to 6 times and rinse the scraper well between each pass. After the treatment, rinse the tongue cleaner with warm water and dry it. It is best to store it in a case or drawer afterwards.
