How to use the Facial Roller 1. apply a facial oil, serum or moisturiser of your choice before the massage. 2 Start at the neck and roll upwards. 3. roll on both sides with gentle pressure from the jawline to the ear. Continue this movement from the jawline to the cheekbone. 4. roll upwards from the forehead to the hairline. Feel free to repeat the steps.
How to use the Gua Sha 1. apply a facial oil, serum or moisturiser of your choice before the massage. 2. hold it in the right way. The curved part should mould to the curves of your skin and the flat part should rest on your skin. 3. start at the moisturised neck and gently pull it upwards, towards the jaw. 4 Next, scrape from the centre of your chin along the jawline towards the bottom of your ears. 5. scrape along your cheeks in an upward direction - repeat the steps as you go.
