After bathing, apply the oil to damp skin and massage gently into the entire body. In colder temperatures, the oil can crystallise - simply place the bottle in a bowl of warm water until the texture is silky and liquid again. For particularly intensive care, massage into hands and feet to deeply nourish the skin. For weekly hair care, massage a small amount of oil into the scalp and hair lengths, cover with a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Then wash out thoroughly with shampoo. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
