The Himalayan crystal salt originated 200 to 50 million years ago by the drying out of the ancient sea in the Himalayan regions of India and Pakistan.

Wet your skin. Use 50 g of scrub and gently massage over your skin. Rub in using gentle circular motions until all the salt has dissolved.  Rinse off any remaining scrub or wash off with a damp flannel.

Use the scrub once or twice a week.
