Self Care Co. was founded in 2018 by Nicole and Adelaide, along with their two Cavapoos, Bramble and Willow.
Nicole discovered aromatherapy as a therapeutic outlet during difficult phases of anxiety and low mood in her early 20s – and that’s how Self Care Co. was born.
Given this background, making a candle with essential oils seemed like the perfect way to find a moment of peace in the hectic world we live in. At Self Care Co., we have a strong passion for Mental Health & Wellbeing, and we openly talk about it on our social media channels and in our workshops.
