The strange-sounding brand name is made up of the two words "Cos" and "Rx,". Cos stands for Cosmetics, while Rx is the common abbreviation for medical prescriptions. Apply a coin-sized amount of the liquid in the morning and evening to cleansed, affected skin with lots of blackheads and a high sebum buildup in a thin layer. Apply a thin layer of the product to the rest of the face and gently massage the liquid in with a cotton pad in circular motions. Avoid the eye area!
